Terms & Conditions

• Application deadline: Applications close once 17 performances are received or by Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 12:00 AM, whichever comes first.
• One performance per group: Each group may register only one performance initially. If additional slots become available, organizers will contact groups based on a first-come basis.
• Performance duration: Maximum performance time is 5 minutes. If your performance requires more time, please contact the coordinators listed on this form.
• Performance sequence: Performance order will be decided by the event coordinators. Preferences may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
• Classical performances: Only one or two classical performances will be accepted on a first-come basis.
• Health & safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety while creating their performance video. GGAC will not be responsible for any unforeseen situations during recording.
• Final decision: The event committee reserves the final authority to approve or cancel any performance or participant.
• Costumes and props: Participants are responsible for bringing their own costumes and props. Any props that require additional setup should be communicated to the coordinators in advance.
• Music/Lighting/Background video submission: Participants must submit their performance music, lighting preferences and background light/video preferences in advance in the requested format to ensure smooth event execution. Late submissions may not be accommodated.
